Managing Director
Carole founded EttenAj in 2006. Carole’s primary consulting expertise is interim leadership and has held the following interim leadership positions: VP of NA PSO at VMware; Chief of Staff to the SVP of Corporate IT at Coinstar; VP of Client Services & Support at Intacct; COO at Edifecs; and SVP of Sales & Alliances at Ultimo Software.
Prior to EttenAj, Carole was VP of Global Services Operations and
Professional Services at
TIBCO
Software, VP of Professional Services & Alliances for
SchemaLogic, and VP of
Sales & Services for
CapitalStream. A
PSVillage Advisory Board Member, Carole is also Board Chair at
the
Suzanne Manlet
Foundation. She graduated from California State University at
Fresno with a B.S. degree in Industrial Technology, Digital Systems.
Gregory James
Practice Director, Enterprise Optimization
Gregory joined EttenAj in 2009 to provide leadership to our clients in the areas of vendor selection and enterprise optimization. While at EttenAj, he has helped to further develop our partnership with TIBCO and provided technical leadership to our clients.
He has a long history of success as a senior manager and strategic technologist. Prior to joining EttenAj, he held senior management positions at; G.L. James Associates, TIBCO Software Inc., Sybase, Red Brick Systems, Computer Associates, and The Chicago Board Options Exchange and has managed teams across the technology spectrum; SOA and Application Integration, Database Design and Administration, Application Development, Education Development, and Event Management. He specializes in strategic technology assessments and development, team building and development, and developing organizational efficiency. Gregory has worked for clients such as: AC Nielsen; Bed Bath & Beyond; Virtuoso; Coca-Cola; AG Edwards; Nordstrom; Lockheed Martin; AFLAC; US Army; FDIC; Union Pacific; US Bank; and Siemens.
