EttenAj was founded by Carole McCluskey. She has more than 20 years of
experience in the software and high technology industry during which she has
worked with many of the world’s largest companies: Bank of America; JPL;
Lockheed; Intuit; GE; Harrah’s; Steelcase; Mellon Bank; P&G; Boeing; NetApp;
Cisco; and many others.
Prior to forming EttenAj, she was Vice President of Professional Services and
Global Services Operations for TIBCO Software. While at TIBCO, she helped the
company achieve record services revenue and profitability growth, architected a
new organizational model, and established the first ever TIBCO Academy- a 90
day program designed to take new college graduates and turn them into TIBCO
Consultants.
In addition to her role at EttenAj, she is a corporate advisor to several West
Coast software and services companies.
Before joining TIBCO, she was Vice President of Professional Services &
Alliances for SchemaLogic, and Vice President of Sales & Services for
CapitalStream. Throughout her career, she has worked hard to build strong
customer relationships, deliver strong business results, and build high performing
services organizations. She graduated from California State University at Fresno
with a B.S. degree in Industrial Technology, Digital Systems.
